Jarka Švarcbachová is the founder of the Senora Center, which offers respite services and a home for the elderly, enabling people with Alzheimer’s disease and their families to experience even more joyful moments. She uses the principles of Montessori pedagogy. Senora will celebrate its tenth anniversary in 2025. Jarka is also involved in popularising the topic of Alzheimer’s disease in public and is finishing a book.
