Kindergarten 3 - 6 years

WE HELP CHILDREN TO START A LIFE'S JOURNEY TO SELF-REALIZATION, DESIRE FOR KNOWLEDGE AND INCLUSION IN SOCIETY.

Diversity inspires me

Our children work in age-diverse groups, an environment they will be in for the rest of their lives. They learn from each other, working on different material in proportion to their age, knowledge and skills. They develop through their senses and practical activities, naturally gaining knowledge and experience through their own experience and understanding. They begin with individual work and gradually become more comfortable and accustomed to group activity. We guide them to be able to treat each other with respect and dignity.

What else will the children experience?

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

In addition to regular outdoor time in the garden, children regularly have other opportunities to develop gross motor skills e.g. through team activities/games, climbing or gardening. Pre-school children regularly take a day trip outdoors once a month to explore.

ENGLISH

There is an English-speaking and Czech-speaking teacher in the classroom throughout the day so children can naturally develop their vocabulary in common everyday situations. The children learn English as naturally as their mother tongue.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Every week the children have an extra hour outside to do PE with our teachers, with the aim of developing their motor skills.

ONE-OFF EVENTS

We care about the all-round development of children so we prepare and organise various activities for them - discussions with experts from various fields, theatre, community events focused on traditional Czech and international customs, meetings with seniors from a nearby senior citizens' home or various meetings with parents connected with creative activities.

AFTER SCHOOOL ACTIVITIES

In the building of Andílek we have an Atelier where children can attend clubs in the afternoon. Information about the programme can be found here. Clubs are not included in the tuition fee.

FOOD

Our food is delivered by a company called Česká jídelna which focuses on dishes that are not only healthy but also tasty. Parents can choose from two meals and order the chosen one through an order form directly from the supplier.
