Atelier

UNDER ONE ROOF WITH AN ENTHUSIASTIC TEAM OF EXPERIENCED TEACHERS GUIDED BY MONTESSORI PRINCIPLES, CHILDREN CAN EASILY JOIN AFTERNOON CLUBS AFTER SCHOOL TO DEVELOP THEIR INTERESTS, TALENTS AND SKILLS.

Shapes from Clay

A club for children who want to develop their skills and creativity through working with ceramic clay. Children will become familiar with the potter’s wheel and learn various techniques such as slab building, hollow forms, relief decoration, glazing, and more. They will design their own piece, plan the process, and create it independently. We will work with both functional ceramics (bowls, mugs) and free artistic objects. Inspiration will come from nature, art, and the children’s own ideas. At the end of the term, children will present their work at a small exhibition for parents.

A Colorful World

An art club for the youngest children, combining creativity, play, and movement. Children explore art materials through free experimentation—discovering how a sponge paints, how leaves or strings print, or how paint splashes from a large brush. The focus is on the joy of the process, not the result. We use large formats, easels, and the floor, and we’re not afraid to get our hands messy. Studio work alternates with free play; we read stories that inspire creativity and go outdoors to create in nature—printing, painting with sticks, rubbing tree bark, or drawing in clay. Children learn to perceive colors, textures, and shapes in the world around them and naturally develop their own visual language.

Playing with Clay

A club for kindergarten-aged children who enjoy modeling, creating, and exploring the world with their hands. Each lesson immerses children in working with clay—squeezing, rolling, shaping, and decorating—naturally developing fine motor skills and attention to detail. Each session also includes a playful or art activity such as painting, drawing, collage, or working with natural materials. During the term, children will visit an exhibition or create outdoors. Everything takes place in a safe, supportive environment where children work at their own pace and with joy.

Kids in the Kitchen – Seasonal and Healthy

Children roll up their sleeves, put on aprons, and get cooking and baking—sweet and savory treats alike. Beyond recipes, they learn how to eat with care for their bodies and the planet. Together we explore seasonal and local ingredients, healthier alternatives, and independent kitchen skills. Twice per term, children face a challenge: preparing a dish entirely on their own, without the instructor’s help. And at the end? A big tasting for parents—a celebratory moment where children proudly present everything they’ve learned. Designed for older children who enjoy time in the kitchen and want to take the next step.

Time: Wednesday 3:00–5:00 PM (120 min)

Art Adventure

For curious observers, dreamers, and those who love to doodle. An invitation into the world of drawing, painting, and artistic experimentation for younger school-aged children. We’ll learn how pencil, brush, and carving tools can capture the world around us—people, animals, nature, objects, and ideas. We’ll draw from life and imagination, explore line, shading, perspective, and composition, and experiment with techniques such as pencil, colored pencils, charcoal, watercolor pencils, tempera, watercolor, and mixed media. We’ll also touch on printmaking—from monoprint and stamps to simple linocut—discovering how images change through printing and series. We’ll create outdoors, sketching in nature and observing seasonal changes, and visit galleries, exhibitions, or museums for inspiration. The goal is not perfection, but joy in creation and discovering that every image has its story.

Theatre in Motion

What if learning doesn’t mean sitting and listening, but becoming a character in a story? In this drama club, children learn through experience—stepping into roles, resolving conflicts, creating stories, and seeing the world from different perspectives. Drama education develops imagination, empathy, and cooperation. Role play is at its heart—children briefly become someone else and experience learning and life situations deeply. It’s not just about what they remember, but how they live it. Fairy tales and history come alive through movement, dialogue, and scenes. Drama connects movement, music, visual art, and language. Children also learn the basics of theatre: articulation, working with stage fright, rhythm, space, and expression. And perhaps at the end of the term, they’ll step onto a stage—confidently and joyfully, knowing their voice matters.
