Montessori Materials

Together with the Czech Montessori Association, we supported primary schools in introducing formative assessment, an approach that follows the whole learning process of a child, not just the result. Six schools across the country became peer support centres that shared good practice and inspired other schools in their region. The result is a set of methodologies, training programmes, presentations and videos that are freely available to all educators.

Together with the Association Montessori Internationale and partners from Austria, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, we explored how to found and develop adolescent communities in Europe based on Montessori principles. The result is a methodology in three languages, a map of existing and planned adolescent programmes and a platform for sharing experience between educators.

Together with Montessori schools and educational organisations from Lithuania, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we looked for ways to naturally connect the European Union key competences with everyday Montessori practice in primary school. Our guides brought their experience of working with children, shared good practice and helped create materials that can inspire other Montessori schools and educators.
